Job Description

TaskHuman is seeking a skilled and passionate Online Career Coach (Bilingual Arabic & English) to join their team. This is a fully remote, freelance position where the coach can create their own schedule and support clients in achieving their career goals. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping people, be an excellent communicator, and comfortable working cross-culturally.

Role Involves:

• Supporting clients in achieving their career goals
• Creating workout plans tailored to clients' needs
• Working cross-culturally with clients from around the world
• Piloting new coaching protocols in a test-driven environment

Requirements:

• Fluency in English & Arabic
• Own an iPhone or Android smartphone
• At least 5+ years of experience as a professional coach
• Industry certifications required
• Registration as an Independent Contractor (Preferred)
