Graduate Hire 2024/25 - Blockchain Engineer at OKX

OKX is seeking a Graduate Blockchain Engineer to join their team in Hong Kong. This role is part of the Supernova Program, a 3-year career accelerator program aimed at developing high-performing graduates into technical experts and future leaders.As a Blockchain Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the OKX platform, which serves millions of daily active users. They will collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and deliver high-quality features through agile iterations. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in the full lifecycle of crypto platforms, including pro/retail trading, asset management, and wallets.Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cutting-edge crypto-linked products on the OKX platform
• Deliver customized solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and continuous integration
• Build high-availability, high-performance distributed services
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to drive rapid innovation
• Stay updated on industry trends and evaluate new technologies
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Blockchain technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related fields
• Familiarity with theoretical foundations and algorithms of zero-knowledge proofs (zkSNARK, zkSTARK, plonk, Groth16, Halo2)
• Proficiency in Java or Go, Solidity, and understanding of Ethereum and other chains
• Strong interest in blockchain technology and a strong learning ability
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
