Business Development Manager

Job Description

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the crypto industry within Argentina. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue and market share growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities with crypto influencers.
• Design and execute tailored campaigns with KOLs.
• Localize global marketing campaigns for the Argentinian market.
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand in LATAM.
• Devise ways to identify potential affiliates and user acquisition.
• Analyze campaign metrics and KOL performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience.
• Experience building large affiliate networks.
• Project management skills.
• Understanding of affiliate customer acquisition KPIs.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency space and enthusiasm for blockchain technology.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
