Chief of Staff

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Chief of Staff to join its US Leadership Team. Reporting to the US CEO, this individual will drive strategic initiatives, manage projects, oversee US governance, and help execute the US strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of building relationships and leading strategic initiatives.Role involves:

• Developing and deploying US-specific strategic initiatives.
• Serving as a liaison between the US CEO and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the product team to roll out new products and enhance existing ones.
• Enhancing and enforcing the US governance mechanism.
• Ensuring data-driven decision-making through meticulous analyses and reporting.
• Developing scalable processes within the US franchise.
• Monitoring key performance indicators.
• Representing the US CEO at meetings and events.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of US Capital Markets and Crypto Markets.
• Experience in project management and operations in a regulated financial services organization.
• Ability to work with product teams and functional groups in a matrix organization.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
