Growth Manager (Community) - DACH at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager to focus on the German-speaking (DACH) community. This role involves driving the social calendar, managing social media channels, and actively moderating forums to encourage community engagement. The Growth Manager will organize online and in-person events, conduct AMAs and surveys, and monitor crypto trends to provide insights that shape OKX's community strategies.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the German-speaking OKX social calendar.
• Managing and growing social media channels like X, TikTok, and Meta.
• Moderating forums (mostly Telegram) to keep conversations active.
• Organizing online and IRL events in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conducting AMAs and product/service surveys.
• Tracking crypto trends and exploring new platforms.
• Providing insights on market trends and crypto culture.
• Sourcing KOL and affiliate leads.
• Collaborating with internal departments to achieve campaign objectives.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings.

OKX is looking for candidates who possess:

• Relevant experience in community management and/or customer support.
• Experience with key social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram, ideally focused on vertical video).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
