Growth Manager (Community) - DACH at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager (Community) to focus on the DACH region. The role involves driving the German-speaking OKX social calendar and managing and growing social media channels. The Growth Manager will actively monitor and moderate forums, organize online and IRL events, and conduct AMAs and surveys. They will track crypto trends, gather insights, and provide feedback to shape OKX's community strategies. The role also includes sourcing KOL and affiliate leads and collaborating with internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the German-speaking OKX social calendar.
• Manage and grow social media channels like X, Tik Tok, and Meta.
• Actively monitor and moderate forums (mostly Telegram).
• Organize online and IRL events.
• Conduct AMAs and product surveys.
• Track crypto trends and gather insights.
• Source KOL and affiliate leads.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in community management and/or customer support.
• Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
