Growth Manager (Community), OKX Denmark at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager (Community) to join their team in Denmark. This role involves driving the OKX social calendar, managing social media channels, and actively moderating forums. The Growth Manager will organize online and in-person events, conduct AMAs and surveys, and track crypto trends. They will also source KOL and affiliate leads and collaborate with internal departments to achieve campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include:

• Driving the OKX social calendar and managing social media channels.
• Actively monitoring and moderating forums.
• Organizing online and IRL events.
• Conducting AMAs and product and service surveys.
• Tracking crypto trends and gathering insights.
• Sourcing KOL and affiliate leads.
• Collaborating with internal departments.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in community management and/or customer support.
• Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Danish.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible and stretched hours.
