Growth Manager (Community), OKX Finland at OKX

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Growth Manager to foster its community in Finland. This role involves driving the social calendar for OKX and managing social media channels like X, TikTok, and Meta. The Growth Manager will actively monitor and moderate forums, primarily on Telegram, to keep conversations active and support the community.

The role also involves organizing both online and in-person events, collaborating with internal teams to build a unique community for OKX users. They will conduct AMAs and product surveys, track crypto trends, gather insights, and explore new platforms to enhance community engagement.

The Growth Manager will source KOL and affiliate leads, collaborate with internal departments to achieve campaign objectives, and suggest innovative ways to promote company offerings. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in community management and exceptional communication skills in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the OKX social calendar and manage social media channels.
• Monitor and moderate forums, engaging and supporting the community.
• Organize online and IRL events, collaborating with internal teams.
• Conduct AMAs and product surveys.
• Track crypto trends and gather insights.
• Source KOL and affiliate leads.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives.
• Suggest new ways to promote company offerings.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in community management and/or customer support.
• Previous experience with key social media channels (Twitter/X, Telegram, TikTok and Instagram).
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain terminologies and trends.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
