OKX is seeking a Community Manager for its French community. This role is remote and focused on growing and engaging the local OKX community.
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing local OKX community operations and growing the online and offline presence by developing a new user conversion strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Moderating forums, chat groups, and social platforms
- Organizing online events and assisting with offline meet-ups
- Collaborating with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives
- Sourcing KOL leads
- Providing user feedback and market insights
- Creating educational content for OKX products
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in customer support
- Experience with social media channels like Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
- Exceptional communication skills in English and French
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain trends
- Ability to work flexible hours
