OKX is seeking a Community Manager for its Poland community. This role is remote and focuses on growing and engaging the local OKX community.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage local OKX community operations.
  • Grow the local online and offline OKX community.
  • Drive interactions in local OKX forums and chat groups.
  • Collaborate with internal departments.
  • Explore new community platforms.
  • Organize online events.
  • Provide user feedback and market insights.
  • Suggest new ways to promote company offerings.
  • Support KOL leads sourcing.
  • Support OKX products' educational content creation.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in customer support.
  • Experience with social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
