The Growth Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on marketing goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities.
• Support event planning and brand activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams.
• Coordinate brand activations with external partners.
• Help create design briefs and coordinate video content production.
• Support influencer marketing campaigns.
• Help coordinate awareness campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing, events, or content production.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and event planning.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
