Job Description
OKX is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead its expansion efforts across the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's brand, expanding its user base, and increasing market share within diverse Latin American markets. The Growth Lead will be responsible for devising and implementing data-driven growth strategies across multiple channels.Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development and execution of innovative growth strategies.
- Managing multi-channel growth plans, including paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, paid social, content creation, affiliates, and offline activations.
- Tailoring marketing strategies to resonate with LATAM audiences.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and drive results.
- Analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs.
- Building partnerships with key community leaders, influencers, and media outlets.
- Adapting global strategies for local execution.
- Serving as a key voice for LATAM users internally.
OKX is looking for candidates who have:
- 8+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong background in paid acquisition, SEO/ASO, paid social, PR, and content marketing.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and LATAM user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Previous experience building and scaling growth initiatives across multiple countries in LATAM.
