Growth Manager - DACH

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager to own and execute growth initiatives in the DACH region. The Growth Manager will work closely with the Sr. Growth Manager to align with overall business objectives.

The role involves developing and managing a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing as well as offline activation. He/she has to Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; optimize campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What This Role Involves:

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and German.

• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
