OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Growth Manager for the DACH region. This role involves owning and executing growth initiatives, working closely with the Sr. Growth Manager to align with business objectives. The Growth Manager will develop and manage a multi-channel marketing plan, optimize campaigns, and track key metrics to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Role Involves:
- Owning and executing growth initiatives in the DACH region.
- Developing and managing a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan.
- Tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Optimizing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and German.
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and entrepreneurship mentality.
- A passion for crypto and digital assets.
- Organized and experienced with project management.
