Growth Manager, Mediterranean (Greek fluency required) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager for the Mediterranean market. This role is based in Greece and can be performed remotely. The Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

The Growth Manager at OKX will report directly to the marketing lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing the company's marketing and growth strategy.
• Managing a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan.
• Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Leading all user communication efforts.
• Managing the entire user lifecycle management process.
• Preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders, including partners and investors.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship mentality.
• A passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
• Fluency in Greek
