Growth Manager, Mediterranean (Greek fluency required) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Manager for the Mediterranean region, based in Nicosia, Cyprus. This role involves developing and implementing the company's marketing and growth strategy, aligned with the company’s overall business objectives. The Growth Manager will manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation.

The Growth Manager at OKX will lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels. They will own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies, driving growth of user base. Preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies is also a part of responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing the company's marketing and growth strategy
• Managing a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan
• Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Leading all user communication efforts
• Owning the entire user lifecycle management process
• Preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies

Requirements include:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry
• Exceptional communication skills in English
• Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurship mentality
• A passion for crypto and digital assets
• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent
• Fluency in Greek
