OKX is seeking a Growth Manager in Bucharest, Romania. This role involves developing and implementing the company's marketing and growth strategy, aligned with OKX's overall business objectives. The Growth Manager will develop and manage a multi-channel integrated marketing plan. The ideal candidate will lead user communication efforts and own the entire user lifecycle management process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy.
• Develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan.
• Identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels.
• Own the entire user lifecycle management process, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Romanian.
• Inspire and motivate the team and external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship mentality.
• A passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
