Growth Operations Manager - Central Europe at OKX

OKX is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to support its Central European growth team. The Growth Operations Manager will act as the operational backbone of the Central European growth team, ensuring seamless collaboration between the Regional Manager and Sr. Growth Managers across different markets. They will be responsible for developing business strategies, supporting the execution of the company’s marketing and growth strategy, and owning ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, execution-oriented, and possess strong project management and analytical skills. They should also have a proven ability to work between cross-functional teams and be self-motivated and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment.

What this role involves:

• Acting as the operational backbone of the Central European growth team.
• Developing business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.
• Supporting the execution of the company’s marketing and growth strategy.
• Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
