OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Growth Operations Manager to support its Central European growth team. This role involves acting as the operational backbone, ensuring seamless collaboration, and supporting the execution of the company’s marketing and growth strategy. The Growth Operations Manager will report to the Regional Manager, and will be the main support for development of business strategies in alignment with objectives.
Role involves:
- Supporting the Regional Manager in developing business strategies.
- Driving marketing and growth initiatives across various channels.
- Owning ad-hoc requests and problem-solving tasks.
- Identifying and tracking key metrics to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Supporting strategic regional initiatives with market analyses.
- Developing and maintaining operational processes.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hands-on and execution-oriented.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective processes.
- Strong analytical skills in a growth marketing context.
- Ability to work between cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and adept at working independently.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Experience in Marketing/Growth in the FinTech industry.
- Passion for crypto and digital assets.
