Head of Growth, OKX Europe at OKX

OKX is seeking a Head of Growth, OKX Europe, to be based in Sliema, Malta.

The Head of Growth will develop and implement the EEA market specific growth strategy aligned with OKX's overall business objective. The role involves collaborating with regional management teams in EEA to align local growth needs and targets with the group's global marketing plan. They will also partner with global marketing teams to tailor digital marketing strategies, PR, campaigns, content creation, SEO/SEM/ASO, Social Media, and offline activation to local EEA needs. The Head of Growth will lead all EEA-user communication efforts and own the entire user lifecycle management process.

What This Role Involves:

• Developing and implementing EEA market-specific growth strategies.
• Collaborating with regional and global marketing teams to tailor strategies to local needs.
• Tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Leading EEA-user communication efforts.
• Owning the entire user lifecycle management process.
• Preparing for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the Crypto industry.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurship mentality.
• A passion for crypto and digital assets.
• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
• Fluency in another language.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to Malta.
