OKX is seeking a Head of Product Marketing, Institutional to lead the marketing efforts for its institutional product offerings. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial markets and the cryptocurrency space. The Head of Product Marketing will report to leader of Global Product Marketing team, which brings product’s story to market. He will collaborate closely with product, sales, and client support teams to ensure a cohesive user experience and product messaging.
Role involves:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for OKX's institutional product offerings.
- Crafting compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with institutional clients.
- Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns, including go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Representing OKX through speaking engagements, conference participation, and media interviews.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and client support teams.
- Establishing and managing a feedback loop with institutional users to gather insights and drive product enhancements.
- Leading market research activities to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on institutional clients within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive marketing initiatives.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and investment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of direct, digital, and content marketing.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex products.
- Proven ability to represent an organization through public speaking, conference/panel participation, and media engagement.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.
