OKX is seeking an Institutional BD Operations Manager to support its Global Institution Team in Dubai. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and compliance, to drive institutional sales opportunities.

The Institutional BD Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Global Institution Team in daily operations.
  • Identifying and driving institutional sales opportunities.
  • Building a healthy pipeline by sourcing and converting prospective clients.
  • Developing client profiles to replicate past success cases.
  • Defining and evaluating new revenue streams with existing and new clients.
  • Closing sales opportunities, focusing on high-revenue, high-impact deals.
  • Ensuring prospects are in good standing and pose no risk to OKX.
  • Articulating client feedback to senior management and product teams.

OKX is looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates high tenacity and a positive mindset.
  • Is able to build prospect pipelines and support deal closures.
  • Understands the regional territory.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has basic knowledge of institutional products (Block Trading, Derivatives, Cash OTC).
