Operations Manager, OKX Europe at OKX

OKX is seeking an Operations Manager in Sliema, Malta, to support the Head of Operations in the day-to-day running of the local business. The ideal candidate will be a risk-minded problem solver who can help grow the business in a sustainable and compliant manner.

This role involves:

• Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies.
• Driving improvements and optimizations across Customer Support and Compliance.
• Preparing Operations regulatory reports.
• Understanding and interpreting data to draw actionable insights.
• Coordinating and executing multiple cross-functional projects.
• Being a local expert in user behavior and regulatory requirements.

OKX requires candidates to have:

• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
• Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.
• A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.
• A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience
• Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.
• Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
