Sales Manager, OKX Netherlands at OKX

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Sales Manager for its Netherlands operations. This role is crucial for driving sales activities and expanding the company's reach within the Dutch market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of OKX in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operational sales activities, including arranging calls and managing calendars.
• Identify and drive corporate and high net-worth individual sales opportunities.
• Build a healthy pipeline by sourcing and converting prospective opportunities.
• Develop client profiles and identify viable, replicable success patterns.
• Define and evaluate new revenue streams.
• Close sales opportunities with a focus on high revenue and AUM.
• Ensure new clients are in good standing and will not introduce risk to the OKX business.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contractual and commercial terms with legal teams.
• Conduct initial due diligence on prospects.
• Articulate client feedback to senior management and product teams.
• Act as the brand ambassador for OKX.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute sales campaigns.

Requirements:

• Passion and enthusiasm for crypto products.
• Proven track record in building prospect pipelines and closing deals.
• Ability to negotiate contractual and commercial terms.
• In-depth knowledge of the institutional crypto landscape in the Netherlands.
• Strong connections in the local institutional crypto community.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
