Senior Email Marketing Manager, LATAM

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to lead email marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role involves developing and executing integrated marketing plans, overseeing strategy, and collaborating with local market partners. The Senior Manager will be responsible for editorial and creative development, ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns. They will also act as a global point of contact for LATAM, supporting initiatives and programs with integrated marketing efforts.Role involves:

• Developing integrated marketing plans for key initiatives and campaigns.
• Leading email marketing strategy and execution for LATAM.
• Serving as the global point of contact for local market partners in LATAM.
• Executing campaigns with pace and quality, including direct work in CRM tools.
• Owning editorial and storytelling for campaigns.
• Collaborating with the team and brand design to elevate creative quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, or related roles.
• Strong leadership skills with at least 3 years of team leadership and talent development.
• Experience in crypto, with a background in trading, and knowledge of CEFI & DeFi.
• Experience with creative storytelling and compelling email development.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
