- 10+ years of experience in social media or brand marketing
- Experience in crypto or web3 with a deep understanding of its culture
- Experience creating content for X, Instagram, TikTok, and Discord
- Social capital and experience with top European creators and influencers
- Passion for memes and popular culture
- Creative tagline and social storytelling skills
- Framework thinking and ownership mentality
- Strong project management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and design skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Canva
- Exceptional communication skills in English
