Sr. Growth Manager - DACH

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Sr. Growth Manager - DACH to develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the overall business objectives. The role involves managing a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan, including digital marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, affiliate/KOL and influencer marketing, as well as offline activation. The Sr. Growth Manager at OKX will identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and lead all user communication efforts, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective messaging across all channels and touchpoints, and tailoring communication strategies to specific user segments. Also will prepare for regulatory compliance in marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include:

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing/Growth in the FinTech industry.

• Organized and experienced with project management or equivalent.
