Institutional Account Management Lead, APAC

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Account Manager (Team Lead) to join their team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets and industry-specific knowledge. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to liaise with external stakeholders and clients in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead a regional team of highly experienced and motivated professionals.
• Prioritise and structure high-level deliverables.
• Work closely with peers to support clients.
• Proactively drive regional revenue
• Handle a high volume of client enquiries, coordinate and delegate accordingly.
• Provide exceptional support to clients.
• Work collaboratively across departments to troubleshoot client issues.
• Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as and when needed.

Requirements:
