Job Description
OKX is seeking a Local Operations Specialist in Istanbul, Türkiye. This role is pivotal in managing communications with law enforcement, assisting in SAR filings, and ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements. The specialist will utilize automated tools for reporting, assess fraud alerts from banks, and collaborate with internal teams to adapt global procedures to local needs.Responsibilities include:
  • Managing communications with law enforcement authorities.
  • Assisting in the filing of SARs.
  • Utilizing automated tools for reporting.
  • Assessing and responding to fraud alerts from banks.
  • Reviewing customer transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with banks
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in fraud investigation, risk management, or LE response.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with MASAK reporting processes
