Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role involves engaging with institutional clients, providing customer-centric service, and driving revenue through problem-solving and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial markets and technical background, as well as proficiency in both English and Mandarin.Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with financial markets and technical expertise.
• Driving revenue by analyzing client needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Handling client inquiries and serving as the primary point of contact.
• Providing timely and accurate support to clients.
• Resolving client service issues related to API, products, liquidity, or accounts.
• Building strong relationships with institutional clients.
• Collaborating across departments to troubleshoot client issues.
• Organizing meetings, taking notes, and following up with stakeholders.
• Providing rotational weekend and holiday coverage.
