Senior Account Manager, Institutional (EMEA) at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their team in Dubai. The role involves engaging with institutional clients in the EMEA region, providing customer-centric service, and driving revenue through problem-solving and data analysis. The candidate will lead a team of juniors and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Trading knowledge is highly desirable. This position offers opportunities for career progression within the Account Management team.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients and resolve issues related to the platform and products.
• Drive revenue by analyzing client needs and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Handle client inquiries and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Provide timely and accurate information to clients.
• Resolve time-sensitive client service issues.
• Build relationships with institutional clients and drive revenue.
• Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot client issues.
• Take responsibility for organizing, taking meeting notes and following up with stakeholders.
• Provide rotational weekend and holiday coverage as and when needed.
