Job Description
OKX is seeking a Head of Product Marketing for the Americas (US & LATAM). This role will be pivotal in shaping OKX’s go-to-market strategy, driving community-led expansion, and ensuring product narratives resonate with users in these key regions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the US and LATAM crypto landscapes and strong expertise in regional growth marketing.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the Americas.
- Driving growth in community engagement and product adoption.
- Coordinating and expanding global community programs in the Americas.
- Establishing a strong brand presence across crypto industry events and media platforms.
- Adapting global product messaging to regional nuances.
- Developing region-specific narratives that align with user needs and market trends.
- Acting as the voice of the US and LATAM customer.
- Establishing a structured feedback loop between American users and global product teams.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of product marketing experience in consumer tech, fintech, or the crypto industry.
- Direct trading experience in crypto markets is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, especially in fintech and crypto.
- Extensive experience in building and scaling crypto-native communities.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
