Product Marketing Director, CeFi

Job Description

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for its CeFi product suite. The role involves crafting the narrative, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for trading products. This position is within the Global Product Marketing team and requires close collaboration with Product, Business, Customer Support, and other Marketing teams.

The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for driving acquisition, engagement, and retention through compelling messaging and innovative campaigns.

What This Role Involves:

• Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the CeFi product suite.
• Formulating and refining product positioning, emphasizing the platform's unique value.
• Overseeing and driving marketing campaigns and new product go-to-market launches.
• Working closely with product teams, executive leadership, and customer support teams.
• Developing and executing a strategic approach to leverage influencers and community engagement.
• Establishing a structured feedback loop with users to gather insights on product usage.

What OKX is Looking For:

• At least 10 years of product marketing experience in consumer tech, fintech, or crypto.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, especially in fintech and crypto.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence strategy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
