OKX is seeking a highly experienced Global Performance Marketing/ Growth Marketing Senior Director/VP to lead and scale its global performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage advertising strategies, optimize large-scale budgets, and drive measurable business outcomes across all onshore markets.

As a key leader in the team, the individual will leverage their expertise in ROI-driven marketing to achieve cost recovery and profitability, while continuously refining strategies to maximize efficiency and expand campaign impact.

What this role involves:

• Overseeing and managing annual performance marketing budgets exceeding $100M.
• Developing and implementing advertising strategies to ensure efficient cost recovery and profitability.
• Establishing and applying professional ROI methodologies to measure campaign success.
• Developing, executing, and refining performance marketing campaigns across all major onshore markets.
• Designing innovative strategies tailored for performance marketing, focusing on cryptocurrency, internet, or gaming industries.
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing team of marketers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing performance marketing budgets exceeding $100M.
• Strong expertise in ROI calculation methodologies.
• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the crypto, internet, or gaming industries.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, programmatic buying, and advanced analytics tools.
