Job Description
OKX is seeking a Data Analyst & Business Strategy Director to drive business growth strategies for multiple core departments. This role requires a deep understanding of business logic and the ability to continuously optimize strategies and business analysis systems. The ideal candidate will independently analyze core factors of business growth, monitor the effectiveness of various business strategies, and produce actionable optimization suggestions.Responsibilities include:
  • Formulating business growth strategies for core departments
  • Analyzing core factors of business growth
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies
  • Identifying pain points and problems in the business
  • Collaborating with business to jointly govern and solve problems
OKX requires:
  • A Bachelor's degree or above in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ChatGPT
  • Strong communication and promotion skills
  • Strong logical thinking ability and willingness to learn
