Data Analyst & Business Strategy Director at OKX

OKX is seeking a Data Analyst & Business Strategy Director to formulate business growth strategies for multiple core departments. The candidate will deeply understand business logic and continuously optimize strategies and business analysis systems. This role is based in Hong Kong.

The Data Analyst & Business Strategy Director independently analyzes the core factors of business growth, monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource inputs. They will also produce feasible strategies and operational optimization suggestions.

Responsibilities:

• Formulating business growth strategies
• Analyzing business growth core factors
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business strategies
• Identifying pain points and problems in the business
• Collaborating with the business to jointly govern and solve problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in mathematical statistics, science and engineering, business, or related fields
• Ability to use both Chinese and English as working languages
• 5+ years of experience in growth strategy/business analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and ChatGPT
• Strong communication and promotion skills
• Strong logical thinking ability
