Growth Content Manager at OKX

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Growth Content Manager to develop and execute localized content strategies and create engaging content. The Growth Content Manager will have high standards for quality and a deep understanding of the product, whether it comes to marketing strategies, user reactivation, building communication materials for KOLs, or general promotional materials.

What this role involves:

• Work with the global marketing team to develop and increase quality and quantity of content for the local channels.
• Oversee and implement an effective strategic content plan across key channels including affiliates, email and owned.
• Be responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of local media partners.
• Coordinate with global PR teams to execute a local content strategy.
• Assist with the planning and execution of local PR campaigns and support the adaptation of global initiatives in the local market.
• Develop and optimise copy for paid ads, email campaigns and other marketing channels to drive engagement and conversion.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals.
• Arrange interviews and press releases in coordination with our global PR team, to promote our products/services.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of content/copywriting experience, preferably in the tech/ fintech/crypto space.
• A proven track record of creating compelling content across multiple writing disciplines.
• Proven ability to develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• An entrepreneurial attitude and a love of crypto.
• Flexible and agile working style.
