Senior Campaign Operation Manager at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Campaign Operation Manager to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various online campaigns and promotions, including budget management. They will ensure successful implementation of campaigns from initiation to execution and will be accountable for the outcomes. The candidate will also maintain awareness of industry trends and current affairs, allowing for the rapid launch of relevant and timely campaigns. They will evaluate and summarize the effectiveness of online promotions, gather feedback, and continuously improve and optimize operational strategies.

Role involves:

• Planning online campaigns and promotions
• Budget management
• Implementing campaigns from initiation to execution
• Understanding product features for tailored planning
• Maintaining awareness of industry trends
• Innovating digital campaign formats and content
• Evaluating and summarizing the effectiveness of online promotions
• Conducting competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Experience in digital campaigns, user operations, or product operations within the fintech, e-commerce, live streaming, or food delivery sectors is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and execute projects
• Strong innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
• High sensitivity and judgment regarding data
• Strong project management skills and independent project leadership experience
• Fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate with different stakeholders
