Job Description

OKX is seeking an Engineering Manager to join their Core Engineering Team in Singapore. This role is focused on developing and implementing the company's next-generation Customer Support System. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execution to enhance the customer journey and drive business growth.

The position involves leading the development of products to support customers globally. The Core Engineering Team is at the forefront of driving user growth and supporting users as they embrace encrypted assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s next generation Customer Support System.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Design and implement high availability, high-performance distributed services.
  • Contribute to technology best practices and perform code reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Hands-on experience in Microservice/API development using Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture.
  • Proficient in relational database design and development.
  • Comfortable working in a cloud-based Linux environment.
  • Proven experience in automated testing and continuous integration.
  • Knowledge of integrating with 3rd party software via APIs/SDKs.
