Engineering Manager - Mid Platform (Boss)

Job Description

OKX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Boss Middle Platform team in Singapore. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and optimizing OKX's in-house universal business operation management system. He or she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve the company's operational efficiency.Role involves:

• Developing and optimizing access control, data leakage control, and security enhancement capabilities.
• Designing universal technical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborating with Product, Design, and Customer Service teams.
• Delivering reasonable tech designs, high availability and high-performance distributed services.
• Improving team efficiency and maintaining agile practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on experience in Microservice/API development using Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture, and understanding of messaging frameworks such as Kafka.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams and delivering complex systems with a focus on fraud prevention and risk mitigation.
• Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin and English).
