Security Engineer, Frontend

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Security Engineer, Frontend to join their team in Singapore. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of OKX's web2 and web3 products. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in web2 security, with a preference for those with web3 experience.

The Security Engineer will work closely with product and technical teams to identify potential risks, implement security enhancements, and stay updated on industry security issues. They will also evaluate the security of third-party and open-source SDKs, contribute to the development of overall security systems, and develop security protocols to train the front-end team.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in product and technical solution design to ensure the security and reliability of both web2 and web3 products.
• Identifying potential risks in web2 and web3 technologies and implement security enhancements.
• Staying updated on security issues in the industry.
• Evaluating the security of third-party SDKs and open-source SDKs.
• Contributing to the development of overall security systems.
• Developing security protocols and train the front-end team on security knowledge and awareness.

Requirements include:

• Extensive experience in web2 security, with preference given to candidates with web3 security experience.
• Ability to review the security of technical solutions, with programming skills being advantageous.
• Preference given to candidates with experience and knowledge in web3 technologies.
• Prior experience in systemic security solutions is preferred.
