Security GRC Manager

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Security GRC Manager to join their global team. The company is a leading crypto exchange and developer of OKX Wallet. The role is crucial in ensuring the security and compliance of OKX's global operations.

The Security GRC Manager will report into the global security function and support regional CISOs. They will be at the forefront of efforts to maintain the highest standards of security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Staying informed on the latest developments in laws, regulations, and information security standards.
• Maintaining the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Leading the planning and execution of information security certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI.
• Overseeing the implementation of security compliance and privacy protection requirements.
• Addressing and rectifying any non-compliant items.
• Developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in information security, cyber security, technology risk, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience with industry standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC, PCI-DSS, and GDPR.
• Proven track record of conducting or defending successful security audits and compliance assessments.
• Hands-on experience with information security management systems and controls frameworks.
• Experience in writing and maintaining information security policies and procedures.
