The Senior Staff Engineer will formulate technical schemes, lead project development, and ensure timely completion. They will facilitate cross-team communication and cultivate technical talent.

• Formulating, selecting, and developing technical schemes for platform projects
• Organizing and coordinating resources, leading project research and development
• Troubleshooting problems and ensuring quality and timely completion

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in Java with deep understanding of JVM configuration optimization strategies
• Familiar with mainstream open-source application frameworks like SpringBoot and SpringCloud
• Experience with databases like MySQL and Oracle, including optimization techniques
• Familiarity with common middleware such as MQ, RPC, cache, and message queues
• Good understanding of distributed system principles including CAP and idempotent operation
• Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills
