Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Engineer - Java to join their Exchange Platform Financial Product team in Hong Kong. As part of the financial product team, the Senior Engineer will contribute to building next-generation investment solutions for crypto assets. This role involves designing and developing services that explore opportunities in structured products, DeFi trading/lending pools, and C2C lending.

What this role involves:

  • Design and Development of cutting-edge asset management services for crypto-linked products.
  • Work closely with Product, Design and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Microservice/API development with Java/SpringBoot/SpringCloud.
  • Knowledgeable in multi-threading and distributed architecture.
  • Understanding of mainstream messaging frameworks including Kafka, Tibco, Informatica UM etc.
  • Solid experience with relational databases.
  • Comfortable with cloud-based Linux environment.
  • Embrace agile development process including TDD, CI and Scrum.
  • Experience working with teams across offices and timezones.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
