Senior Engineer | Java | Infrastructure at OKX

OKX is seeking a Senior Engineer with Java expertise to join their Infrastructure team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will contribute to the operations and data maintenance of OKX's software platforms. He/She will participate in software requirements analysis and develop internal operations and maintenance systems. The candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and planning basic resources on the company's cloud vendor side, as well as promoting cloud resource cost optimization projects.

What this role involves:

• Participating in daily operations and data maintenance of software platforms.
• Participating in software requirements analysis and development of internal systems and tools.
• Monitoring and planning basic resources on the company's cloud vendor side.
• Promoting cloud resource cost optimization projects.

Requirements:

• Solid STEM education background.
• Experience with daily operations and maintenance of at least one cloud provider's services (preferably Alibaba Cloud/AWS).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash/Python) and familiarity with Java development processes.
• Familiarity with the architecture and usage of at least one mainstream monitoring system.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle toolchain.
• Experience working in cost optimization (preferred).
• Experience working in Docker environments and expertise in Kubernetes workflows (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
