Senior Engineer - (Liquidity Platform - Structured OTC)

Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Java Software Engineer to join their Liquidity Platform Structure Product Engineering Team in Hong Kong. This role involves working closely with liquidity managers on strategy development using an in-house built strategy toolkit. The successful candidate will contribute to building low-latency connectivity to global crypto venues and developing strategy services for automated pricing and trading bots.

Role Involves:

• Working closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy discussion and technical solution design.
• Owning the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infra upgrade for better performance.
• Continuously improving strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto recovery ability for 24x7 crypto trading style.
• Running projects by maintaining a deep underlying of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view of the product and business.

Requirements:

• Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
• Years of experience in application development experience
• Fluent with high performance Java and async programming patterns.
• Familiar with distributed systems and micro service architecture
• Familiar with common middleware, such as Message Queue, RPC, cache,etc.
