Harbinger Motors is seeking a Senior Battery Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for battery production. What this role involves: - Designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes for battery production.
- Continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance yield and reduce costs.
- Specifying, procuring, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Collaborating with the quality team to develop and implement quality control measures.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Analyzing production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintaining detailed records of process parameters and equipment specifications.
- Ensuring all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and maintenance.
- Training and supporting production staff on new processes and equipment operation.
Requirements: - Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in battery manufacturing, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in manufacturing process design, equipment specification, and quality control in battery production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
