Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Java R&D Engineer to join their Dex Token Markets team. This team empowers OKX Web3 users with a platform for real-time data tracking and analysis across multiple DEXes and chains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project research and development, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring quality and timely completion.Role involves:

• Organizing and coordinating resources.
• Leading project research and development.
• Troubleshooting problems.
• Ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Maintaining high-quality coding practices.
• Mentoring junior team members (when required).

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in Java.
• Understanding of JVM configuration optimisation strategies and tuning.
• Familiarity with SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Mybatis, SpringCloud.
• Familiarity with MQ, RPC, cache, message queue, Mysql.
• Understanding of caching systems like Memcached, Redis.
• Understanding of distributed system principles (CAP, consistency, idempotence).
• Logical thinking and good communication skills.
• Team player and passionate about Web3 industry
• Understanding Web3, DApp business and technology
• Billangual speaking ( English and Chinese)
