Job Description

OKX is seeking a Senior Quantitative Strategist to join their team in Hong Kong. The candidate will collaborate with product teams to develop and test hypotheses for growth experiments, analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts, manage systematic trading strategies, and monitor market sentiment, risk exposure, and P&L.

What this role involves:

• Collaborating with product teams to identify, develop, and test hypotheses for growth experiments.
• Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of growth efforts.
• Managing systematic trading strategies.
• Manual trade execution.
• Monitoring daily market sentiment, risk exposure and P&L.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Business/Finance from a top university.
• Experience in product management, data analytics, growth hacking or a related field.
• Experience in retail products and trading in the crypto industry is preferred.
• Data oriented and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
