Job Description

OKX is seeking a Lead Product Designer to join their team in Singapore. The company is focused on shaping the future of decentralized finance, making it accessible to everyone. The Lead Product Designer will be responsible for defining DeFi products, strategizing, and cultivating exceptional user experiences for the company's Web3 platform.

The Lead Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver DeFi experiences. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact millions of users globally, contributing to the evolution of decentralized finance by building cutting-edge Web3 products with the latest blockchain technologies. They will report to design and be the voice for the user throughout the product lifecycle.

What this role involves:

  • Synthesising needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
  • Designing workflows and detailed interactions.
  • Supporting product development with wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and evaluative research.
  • Collaborating with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership.
  • Elevating the quality of the design.
  • Mentoring other designers.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related fields
  • Experience designing complex products related to fintech, crypto, web3 etc.
  • Understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
